Delivery within Lebanon typically takes between 3 to 5 working days. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and other factors.

Orders and Returns

Confirmation: At Ravemind, every order is carefully confirmed and accepted before processing.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns, but we are happy to offer exchanges for the same product in a different size within 2 days of receiving your order. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify.

The Exchange Process: To begin an exchange, please reach out to our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any delivery fees associated with the exchange. However, if the error is on our end, we will cover the costs.

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, inform us right away so we can assist you promptly.

The Cancellation Process: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by reaching out to our customer service team.

For orders within Lebanon, we currently accept payments via cash on delivery or through a transfer via Western Union or Whish. If you choose to pay through Western Union or Whish, please note that your order will be processed once we receive confirmation of the payment.
